Wonder Mail Club (“we,” “us”) runs a monthly subscription mail service for children. This page is a plain-language summary of how we handle your information and the basic terms of subscribing. It is a starting point. Please review it with your own advisor before launch and replace any bracketed details.
To ship a kit and run your subscription we collect the subscriber’s name and mailing address, the parent or guardian’s name and email, and payment details. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
We use your information only to fulfil and manage your subscription: printing address labels, shipping kits, sending order and account emails, and providing support. If you join our waitlist, we use your email only to tell you when a new club opens. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Marketing and waitlist emails are sent through our email provider. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting your active subscription.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly until you pause or cancel. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellations stop future billing; we do not refund kits that have already shipped, but if something arrives damaged or wrong we will make it right.
Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. The child’s name and address are provided by the adult account holder and used solely to address and ship kits.
